Job Description
Inventory Management Executive (Jurong-E with co. transport provided)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Handle a range of items based on Product Line/PDIVs
- Daily tasks such as EDI errors, large order handling, OPIs, PINQ
- Regular replenishment of stock (INVEN/DRP)
- Execute demand peaks cutting in SO99 and ensure any broken network is investigated and corrected.
- Work with Global Planners for IP items
- Shipment monitoring
- Manual handling of orders and shipment posting
- Handle daily emails to support planners
- Handle stock returns
- Report generation (Query/Power BI)
- Check and submitting supplier invoices for payment
- Ad Hoc data updating
Job requirement:
- Ability to toggle between few systems
- Analytical and meticulous
- Some working experience especially in the inventory management planning

- Analytical/ Meticulous
- Basic knowledge on inventory management/ planning
- IT savvy
- Educational and experience level: 2-3 years' experience, Diploma / NITEC
