Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of SLA's with customer in a fast growing sector, including managing/implementing operations in accordance with the DSC standards.
• Review weekly/monthly/quarterly operational performance with customer and provide solutions to drive for operational improvements
• Build a strong win-win customer relationship and drive up customer satisfaction
• Review, align and keep management team updated on operational issues and performances indices such as utilization, productivity, space and resources management, training and hiring
• Manage the planning process to ensure daily operation activities are executed and meet according to the customer service levels
• Drive high performance in own team with focus on quality, service and cost
• Actively promote the exchange and adoption of Best Practices within the country to leverage collective learning and to improve consistency and productivity
• Continually review and improve business processes to improve service quality and productivity
• Monitor warehouse productivity levels - by department, team, function. Improve monitoring process and drive productivity improvement
• Identify/analyse opportunities for process improvement, warehouse automation, workflow optimization
• Project management support for joint projects with customers as well as internal projects

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Operations Management
• High proficiency in Excel is required. VBA, Access, SQL, PowerBI skills will be an advantage
• Highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 20 and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customers
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
