The Opportunity

Our Client is an established and US MNC company
They are currently looking for dynamic individual to join their team as Assortment Planner
Mon to Fri; office hours; 8:30am - 5:30pm
Maternity Replacement, 7 months
Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore

The Talent

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in retail planning / merchandising / buying / demand planning
Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions & comprehensive understanding of retail math
Strong organization, communication, intercultural skills and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

The Job

Strategies of Retails Sales and Demand plan to ensure reconciles with topline financial plan
Lead assortment planning, Pre-through In Season (Breadth & Depth).
Develop forecast for capacity constrained and inclusive of partnering with operations on order management
Manage and execute In-Season plans, including order bookings and shipments to accounts, inventory management, and overall marketplace health.
Recaps and analysis to maximise revenue margin and inventory productivity
Markdown Calculation (Sales Discount Percentage) in particular season.
