Job Description

Our client is a multi billion dollar Real Estate developer and investor and they are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Investment Acquisitions and Project Manager to lead the acquisition of greenfield and brownfield development sites and oversee project management activities across South East Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment, due diligence, and project management, with a focus on sustainable development practices.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential greenfield and brownfield development opportunities across South East Asia.
- Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies for potential acquisitions.
- Develop and negotiate deal structures, terms, and agreements. Collaborate with legal, financial, and other relevant teams to finalize acquisition deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, investors, and government agencies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for acquired sites, outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implement sustainability practices in line with Green Mark certification and other relevant standards. Ensure projects meet or exceed environmental and sustainability goals.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant laws. Coordinate with regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet the company\'s standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.Key Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment acquisitions and project management, with a focus on greenfield and brownfield developments in South East Asia.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Strong market analysis and due diligence capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills.
- Proficient in project planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability practices and Green Mark certification.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and building codes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
