Job Description

We\'re seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team in Singapore. You\'ll be responsible for sourcing and executing debt financing transactions for our clients in Asia, mostly SEA, India and China. You should have experience in debt financing, deal sourcing, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in the process of identifying and assessing investment & lending opportunities in growth stage companies (Series C+ and afterwards) in tech/tech enabled sectors in South East Asia, India and China
• Supporting senior investment team colleagues in conducting sector research & target company screening, undertaking due diligence, building detailed financial models and termsheets, deal structuring, negotiations, drafting of investment papers, co-ordination of internal team meetings & approval processes and participating in investment execution (including legal documentation)
• Regular tracking & updates of portfolio company performance, related fund cash flow management and capital deployment

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of working experience with a corporate bank (in structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, etc.), Big 4 accounting firm, venture equity / debt fund, private equity / credit fund, and/or investment bank, with exposure to South East Asia, India and / or China (exposure to investing in technology companies is desired, but is not a prerequisite)
• Basic understanding of and interest in the technology space in South East Asia, India, and / or China
