Our client is a Singapore based investment management firm who has built a consistent investment track record with Pan-European strategies. The team is now hiring an Investment Analyst/Associate to support the investment activities.

:

• Develop strong industry research and valuation skills to arrive at a range of intrinsic and/or fair value for potential transactions.
• Conduct research and analysis of the countries/regions that are on the investment horizon.
• Conduct feasibility study on potential investments / acquisitions including market research and financial modelling
• Ability to independently develop financial models for investment and portfolio analysis from scratch.
• Analyze the impact of new acquisitions, development and/or any transaction on the current portfolio
• Assist the Investment Manager with investment recommendations of proposed transactions to Investment Committee to approve.
• Work closely with the lawyer and professional advisors in the due diligence process and preparation of legal contracts
• Work closely with related parties to manage the acquisition process to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions
• Assist to check through all tenancy agreements, building agreements and other legal documents to make sure they are all in order before handing over, if any
• Follow up closely on leads of potential new acquisitions, development and/or any transaction
• Assist to develop marketing materials, participate in marketing roadshows
• Any other ad hoc matters assigned by the Management.

Qualifications/Expectations

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance-related fields
• CPA / CFA is a plus but not essential
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience
• Strong Financial Modelling and Analytical abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Positive attitude and attention to details
• Resourceful and ability to work independently
