Job Description


Our client is one of the leading Real Estate Developers in Singapore. Intertwined with the economic developments of Singapore, they have since grown from covering local developments into an international coverage. This position plays a key role in supporting the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) on the Group level, focusing on both local and overseas investments and contributing to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of investment and asset management strategies.
- Take charge of deal sourcing, identifying and executing potential investment and divestment opportunities.
- Independently execute deals, involving activities such as feasibility studies, due diligence, financial modeling, analysis, and preparation of investment memos.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external professionals during the due diligence process.
- Structure transactions by determining optimal risk allocation to create a transaction framework for projects.
- Assist the CIO in establishing effective investment management structures and processes.
- Conduct in-house valuations when necessary.
- Maintain performance reports for ongoing assessments of committed investments.
- Provide support to Group Investments (GI) for compliance and risk management matters, ensuring alignment with Group\'s guidelines.
- Assist in preparing management presentations for the CIO, as needed.

Key Requirements:
- Hold a minimum bachelor\'s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related disciplines, with at least 8 years of relevant experience supporting senior management.
- Demonstrate strong financial and business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Possess a solid understanding of investment operations.
- Exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a proven track record in acquiring development and investment properties, particularly in Singapore, and one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Japan, or Australia.
