Job Description

We are currently working with a Critical Facilities Investor and Operator to look for a Senior Investment Manager to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work from Investment Management and Asset Management for Japan and Korea. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly lean and professional team with a ambition to be one of the largest players in the region to impact the sector. Besides an attractive remuneration package, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with a pool of talented investment managers to gain diverse exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct Due diligence including the conduct of market research for projects ie sales prices, payment schedules, prices and cap rates
-Fully responsible for preparing and updating financial models for projects, investment proposals and presentation slides
-Preparation and review of legal documentation for projects
-Liaise with relevant counterparts eg potential investors, lawyers, consultants
-Maintain data in shared drives
-Monitor budget, prepare payment requests, track payments
-Assist CEO in investor relation management and fund raising for projects
-Follow through due diligence procedures with investors and maintain online dataroom
-Prepare investor newsletters

Key Requirements:
-Have minimum 8-10 years experience in real estate investment company / private equity fund
-Have experience in managing overseas investment projects
-Have a demonstrable track record in previous companies in terms of achievements and employment period
