Job Description

We are currently working with a global Hospitality developer and operator with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented executive or senior executive who will play an instrumental role in expanding the private fund\'s portfolio through acquisitions. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment proposals, including M&A
- Assist in developing and implementing proposals to establish new operating platforms
- Support the sourcing, evaluating, and closing of investment funding from third-party capital partners
- Prepare marketing materials, address investor due diligence questions, negotiate, and execute fund documentation
- Support the monitoring and analysis of fund and investment performance, including appropriate returns benchmarking
- Prepare materials for regular reporting to investment committee, internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal governance guidelines and external regulatory requirements to maintain good fund governance
- Keep records and documentation of the fund and its activities
- Maintain centralized oversight of investment management business
- Contribute to the firm\'s investment management strategy through research and market intelligence, including staying current on the competitive and regulatory landscape and best practices.

Key Requirements:
- Possesses a degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance from a reputable university. CFA qualification is considered an advantage.
- Has a proven track record of sourcing and executing real estate investment deals, with a minimum of 2 years\' experience in business development.
- Familiar with the market/network and cost management considerations.
- A team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership, who is passionate about business results.
- Has strong negotiation skills and is an analytical problem solver.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a strong business acumen, ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
