Job Description

I am working with a well regarded Multi-Asset Management Firm and they are looking for an Investment Associate to join their Real Estate team.

Responsibilities:

• Investment Evaluation: Conduct research and analysis on potential investment opportunities, including market trends, competitive landscape, financial performance, and management team. Provide insights and recommendations to the investment team on potential investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis. Prepare investment memos and present findings to the investment team.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and support portfolio companies, including attending board meetings, providing strategic guidance, and conducting regular financial analysis. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for investors.
• Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide insights to the investment team on potential investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in underwriting and executing commercial real estate investment deals
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
