Job Description
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities using Argus & Excel.
- Support the management of development projects.
- Participate in the asset management of existing properties.
- Assists with marketing of projects to investors.
- Mentoring analysts within the team.
- Five years\xe2\x80\x99 of work experience, with at least three spent in real estate investment.
- Record of strategic thinking and being able to interpret various data sets to draw conclusions and solve problems.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge and interest in the SEA real estate market.
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for work.
