Your key responsibilities:

Origination and execution of IB mandates (including M&A and capital market transactions) in Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Consumer & Retail & Healthcare sector

Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics

Client relationships (not necessary to be c-suite) across SEA and ability to build client relationships

Build valuation models to support clients valuation discussions and conduct due diligence on clients.

Deal documentation and internal approvals

Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches

Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters

Attending client meetings independently

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.

Key skills required:

At least 7 years track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals in Southeast Asia Consumer & Retail & Healthcare sector in addition to cross border deal experience

Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask

Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients

Identify and articular themes across the sector internally and to clients

Proven track record of training junior members in team.

Prior experience in legal documentation and valuation
