Your key responsibilities:

Support origination and execution of Investment banking mandates in Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure & Lodging (REGLL) sector

Responsible for financial modelling along with financial analysis.

Assisted in proactive approaches on originating / pitching to clients.

Conduct data mining and industry research with strong understanding of the real estate market and different options available to clients (including REITs, take privates, OpCo / PropCo models)

Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations, pitches, deal documentation

Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters

Training of analysts and interns

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.

Key skills required:

Degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance from premier university.

At least 2 years prior experience in origination and execution of deals in Southeast Asia REGLL sector

Strong quantitative and technical abilities with experience in financial modelling and financial analysis

Experience in preparing pitch books.

Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask

Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients

Experience handling various databases such us Bloomberg, Reuters etc

Experience in providing guidance to junior members in the team.
