Your key responsibilities:

• Participation and assistance in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
• Handling all execution related matters including valuation, modelling and due diligence coordination
• Assist in communication with relevant clients & counterparties, organizing meetings with internal/external teams and driving execution work streams
• Deal documentation and internal approvals
• Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm\'s existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client base
• Preparation of M&A market data analysis, presentation of Southeast Asia M&A strategy to global teams, etc.

Key skills required:

• M&A execution skills
• Financial modelling skills
• Awareness of M&A market trends
• Strong track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals
• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
