Key Responsibilities

Deal Origination


Perform fundamental, financial and credit analysis for client funding or corporate requirements Preparation of high-quality pitch book across capital raising and advisory mandates for client meetings and follow-ups Monitor and analyse market data, events and preparation of regular market updates and pricing updates to clients
Deal Execution


Support the team in obtaining internal approvals such as preparation of conflict clearance, debt underwriting approval memo, managing deal documentation and timeline Coordinate deal execution between all internal and external stakeholders and deal team members to ensure smooth execution from mandate to deal closing Deal execution aspects include due diligence, structuring, documentation, ratings, investor marketing, roadshow planning, settlement, and preparation of deal case studies Engage and build relationship with client working level teams to ensure smooth deal execution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (strong academic performance) CMFAS 4A (Advisory on Corporate Finance) At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets and/or Equity Capital Markets Strong knowledge in accounting and credit fundamentals, financial modeling Commercial awareness and genuine interest in financial markets Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills Self motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative Professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deals, and meet tight deadlines * High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to work long hours
