A top tier global law firm is now seeking an Investment Funds Lawyer to join their well-rounded Investment Funds team based in Singapore.

Your role will be involved in advising on a broad spectrum of fund formation, fund structuring and restructurings, investment and regulatory matters across private equity, venture capital hedge funds, infrastructure and real estate. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of quality clients including regional and global fund managers, leading financial institutions, investors, sovereigns wealth funds and family offices.

Ideally your experience should include:

- Qualified lawyer practicing in Singapore
- Experience of private funds and legal documents handling gained within private practice
- Experience in working on matters involving multiple jurisdictions would be an advantage
- Strong business acumen with ability to build positive relationship with all stakeholders
