Key Responsibilities for this role:

The successful intern is expected to assist the Fund Management and Client Relationship teams with respect to :

• Managing in-house asset databases and portfolio monitoring dashboards
• Monitoring and reporting asset/portfolio performance including undertaking attribution analyses
• Preparing drafts of investor reports, bespoke reporting suites and investor communications
• Underwriting investment/divestment opportunities and analysing impact on portfolio
• Preparing investment papers, minutes, action plans and reports
• Updating presentation materials for existing and prospective investors
• Responding to queries from prospective investors due diligence into the Fund
• Ad-hoc projects related to upgrading internal management information systems

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

The successful intern should be a self-starter who has the ability to use their own initiative and work with individuals across different teams in the organisation.

• Strong technical skills and superior knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent quantitative analysis and computer skills
• Strong analytical skills, identifies problems and causes, collecting relevant information and identifying possible solutions
• Experience, aptitude and dexterity with statistics and computer databases and spreadsheet programs
• Ability to summarise quantitative data into convincing arguments to support investment theses

Although applicants with an educational background in the fields of economics, real estate, finance or business may appear most suited, the hiring team is open to consider all students with a demonstrated interest to excel in the internship role .
