Investment Manager - Real Estate (Industrial/Logistics)Our client is a leading is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join their dynamic team. They are a leading Real Estate Investor/ Developer with a focus on the Industrial and Logistics sector. This role is regional and will over South-East Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of circa 5-10 years in managing and executing transactions from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the Industrial/Logistics asset class.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, brokers, and financial partners.
- Manage the due diligence process, ensuring all aspects of the deal are reviewed and assessed accurately.
- Oversee the deal structuring and negotiation, aiming for optimal investment terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and value maximization of assets.Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment, ideally with some experience of Industrial/Logistics assets.
- Strong understanding of the South-East Asian real estate market, with a network of relevant industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead deals from start to finish, including sourcing, due diligence, and closing.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
