We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join their Singapore office and assist in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities.
You will also be involved in portfolio management of our existing projects in Indonesia and India. You will report directly to the VP, Investment and work closely with other senior members of the team. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, preferably with exposure to the Australia real estate market. You should also have strong financial modelling, analytical and communication skills, as well as a proactive and collaborative attitude.
