About Our ClientThe client is a global banking and financial services giant which offers retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services.They are renowned for facilitating international trade and maintains a significant presence in Asia, Europe, and America.You will be reporting to the Business Delivery Team Lead, Investment Services -
- Provide timely updates to the business and project teams on project issues, matters, and resolutions.
- Review function specifications documents with business requirements documents to ensure proper coverage.
- Execute UAT test cases to ensure quality output based on operational scenarios
- Build effective relationship with project stakeholders
- Support business delivery lead in supporting the execution of key change management outcome including but not limited to governance and controls, integration of processes across ILP products and user training.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current state of the Investment Services system, data, and processes through involvement in daily BAU processes
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of project management experience in the banking/insurance industry
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA or macro
- Strong risk and control mindset
