Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of potential M&A targets, including data center operators, technology providers, and related businesses.
- Evaluate industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to identify attractive investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and operational data to assess the strategic fit and financial viability of potential targets.
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support investment recommendations and decision-making processes.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and corporate development, to facilitate due diligence processes and deal execution.
- Monitor and track industry developments, competitive activities, and emerging trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
- Assist in the development of strategic initiatives, business plans, and growth strategies to drive long-term value creation and competitive advantage.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s degree or CFA designation preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or management consulting, with a focus on M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Deep understanding of the data center industry, including market dynamics, technology trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
