Sasseur REIT is a real estate investment trust (\xe2\x80\x9cREIT\xe2\x80\x9d) listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (\xe2\x80\x9cSGX\xe2\x80\x9d) since 28 March 2018. It is the first listed outlet mall REIT in Asia, with four outlets in China under its portfolio.

Sasseur REIT is well positioned to benefit from the fast-growing outlet sector in China, that is driven by rising consumption from the rapidly expanding Chinese middle class. As of 31 December 2021, Sasseur REIT\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio comprised four outlets located in the cities of Chongqing, Bishan, Hefei and Kunming, with a total asset value of RMB 8.5 billion.



The Intern will support the Investor Relations and Capital Markets team in their daily operational work.

• Assist the Investor Relations and Capital Markets department in developing content(s) for corporate websites, LinkedIn and other publications.
• Conduct research on capital markets in the S-REIT market, culminating in a formal presentation to senior management team.
• Conduct analysis on Sasseur REIT\xe2\x80\x99s and local and overseas competitors\xe2\x80\x99 financial performances
• Support initiatives to enhance the investor relations function which includes branding and communications
• Monitor industry and competitor news

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese languages
• Proficiency in Chinese will be a strong advantage
• Self-motivated, meticulous, organised, and a proactive team player
• Eye for details
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
