Our client is a Real Estate Investment Management firm that specialises in creating value through strategic investments, asset enhancements and developments in Singapore and overseas market. With a proven track record of successful projects and a commitment to delivering exceptional returns to our investors, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as Manager, Investor Relations Summary:The successful candidate will be the key point of contact with the investment community and will be central to enhancing stakeholder communication, building robust relations with investors, partners and key stakeholders and boosting the company\'s sustainability initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Create investor presentation, media releases, public announcements, corporate website and other marketing materials
• Prepare investor relations, media and corporate marketing plans for the year
• Lead corporate marketing and prospecting of existing and new investors (institutions, family office, investor associations, securities firms), partners, research analysts and other stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, roadshows and property tours and preparation of relevant materials
• Prepare annual and sustainability reports, unitholder circulars, material and liaise with service providers for AGMs/EGMs
• Maintain and reporting of unitholder database
• Monitor and report on market intelligence/trends, industry news and market benchmarking
• Lead sustainability reporting and communication
• Support CSR initiatives and activities

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Communications or a related discipline
• At least 5 years\' experience in investor relations or related function
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
