Job Description

We are working with a real estate investment trust, which focuses on building and managing a diversified portfolio of high-quality income-producing logistics, business parks, and industrial real estate. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Manager to join their team. As the Investor Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring effective communication, and providing strategic support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Communication:
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests.
-Coordinate the creation and distribution of regular investor communications, including reports, updates, and announcements.
Reporting and Analysis:
-Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for investors, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
-Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information for investor presentations.
-Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
Strategic Support:
-Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute investor relations strategies.
-Provide insights on market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive intelligence.
-Support fundraising efforts by assisting in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
Roadshows and Conferences:
-Organize and participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and other industry events.
-Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, presentations, and other related activities.
Compliance and Regulation:
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor relations activities.
-Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Key Qualifications:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles within the real estate or financial industry.
-Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with investors and stakeholders.
-Knowledge of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and logistics/industrial real estate is highly desirable.
-Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
