The Role
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join our team and play a vital role in supporting fundraising and investor relations activities for our firm. This role will focus on operational excellence and process efficiency in back-office functions, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and fundraising execution. You will work with and report directly to AVVs General Partners & .
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a knack for leveraging modern tech, data, and AI tools to streamline work processes.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, source, and qualify potential LP leads. Work closely with the GPs to plan and execute investor engagement strategies
• Data management: manage the firms investor databases and CRM to ensure all investor information is accurate and up-to-date
• Organize and maintain the VDR and develop fundraising materials including pitch decks, DD questionnaires, and other materials
• Communication support:
• Prepare, coordinate, and participate in LP and fundraising meetings
• Assist in organizing events such as Annual General Meetings, roadshows, and other LP-related engagements
• Respond to inquiries/follow-ups from current and prospective LPs as needed, including LP reports
• Fundraising & IR operations: work with the Finance & Operations function to manage filing and record keeping, audit support, compliance, capital calls, and distributions.

• You have at least 5 years of work experience, ideally with 3-10+ years in fundraising and investor relations within venture capital or private equity.
• You possess a strong understanding of venture capital fund structures, capital calls, distributions, and key fund performance metrics.
• You have an existing network of investors, which would be an advantage.
• You demonstrate strong technical proficiency and curiosity, with familiarity in CRM tools, VDR platforms, financial software, and external fundraising databases.
• You are highly motivated to proactively explore and implement AI, data, and tech-driven solutions to automate and streamline processes.
• You excel in project management, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex priorities effectively.
• You have a proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• You possess outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
