• To deliver the team performance contract and individual performance plan to meet or exceed sales target within agreed budgets
• To increased usage for promoted products in all relevant accounts
• To prepare and implement account development and territory business plans
• To improve clinical sales and marketing knowledge of promoted and competitor products
• To maintain an up to date knowledge of the health provision environment
• To identify and develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, gain formulary acceptance and product endorsement
• To update and maintain sales tracking systems to maximise effectiveness on territory

Education:Minimum:\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Medical Technology & Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Optometry or related field. Other diploma background may be considered based on relevant experience to the role.Preferred:\xc2\xb7 University Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Optometry or related field. Other education background may be considered based on relevant experiences to the role.Experience:

• At least 2 years of sales experience, sales experience in Medical device industry is preferred
• Able to work in operating theatres during surgeries
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to liaise with staff at all levels in an effective and efficient manner
• Able to work independently as well as a team in promoting Company\xe2\x80\x99s products
• Possess positive attitude and goal oriented
• Has good business acumen
