Overview
We are seeking a
proactive and versatile IoT Engineer
to support the deployment and maintenance of LoRaWAN-based sensors and gateways. The role involvestesting, commissioning, and project coordination
, as well assupervising installers
and providingafter-sales technical support
. You will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful IoT implementations for smart-building and industrial applications.Key Responsibilities
Plan, install, test, and commission
IoT sensors and gateways. Conductsite visits
for installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.Supervise contractors and installers
to ensure correct configuration and deployment. Performfirmware updates, sensor calibration, and diagnostics
when required. Provideafter-sales technical support
and ensure client satisfaction. Assist inbasic scripting or automation tasks
using C/C++ or Python. Coordinate with project teams toensure timely delivery and proper documentation
. Engage with clients tounderstand requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues
.Requirements
Diploma or Degree
in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or IoT-related Engineering from a Polytechnic or University.1-3 years of hands-on experience
in IoT, electrical systems, or system commissioning. Basic knowledge ofC/C++ or Python programming
. Familiar withLoRaWAN technology and IoT device integration
.Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused
with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstratesproject management and coordination capabilities
. Willing towork on-site
(indoor/outdoor) for commissioning and support activities.Preferred Skills
Experience with
LoRaWAN gateways and device setup tools
. Knowledge ofnetwork configuration (Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
and troubleshooting. Prior exposure tosmart building or industrial IoT projects
