What the role is:

The intern will be attached to the Innovation Team within the Innovation and Foundation team (IFC) under the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM).

What you will be working on:

The intern\'s end-to-end project management of at least 2 virtual events on topics like innovation, design thinking and AI to inspire public officers in Whole of Government, which includes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Curating and scoping the theme and broad topics of the virtual event with project sponsors \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging with invited speakers/guests/panelists/hosts to co-create content and brief them on administrative procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage use of technology to design learning experiences that drives engagement during virtual event. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the event. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing publicity eDMs/materials to market the events \xe2\x80\xa2 Collating and reporting evaluation of these interventions and suggesting areas of success/areas for improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Creative and able to design eDM using Canva or other related design platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder engagement skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Software and virtual engagement knowledge and skills, including AI-powered tools, are an advantage but not compulsory: Zoom Webinars, Mentimeter, Articulate Rise, chatbots, sentiment analysis software, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in written and spoken English is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Students from Faculty in Art, Design and Media, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Education or related will be ideal. Intern is expected to show 2-3 samples of his/her past design work if shortlisted for interview. Availability: May- August
