Managed overall logistics supply chain coordination (import / export, sea freight activities; including booking, documentation, data entry, shipment organization & tracking, billing, arranging transport.
Communicate on daily basis with shipping lines, truckers, customers, and oversea agent offices.
Tracks import Isotank returns & demurrages and verifies vendor invoices.
Follow up and handle customer enquiry and call;
Use and maintenance of internal system.
