Job Description

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Depend on the nature of the work, may be expected to work extra hours to finish job.
• Helping to maintain SAP B1 system

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree or IT related qualifications
• At least 1 year IT related working experience
• Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in SAP B1 environment is a plus
