Job Description

Provide 1st level IT support to 50 users Liaise with external vendors on IT maintenance, upgrade, repairs, security, etc Maintain server, workstations & networks Purchase of IT hardware & software Installation & updating of software Backup & recovery of data Maintain proper documentation of IT Attend to any other IT related matters Assist in office administration (non-IT) or any other tasks as assigned

Requirement Knowledge & experience in Microsoft Server & Windows operating system, networking & security Able to perform basic hardware parts replacement/upgrade for desktop PC Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent

Benefits Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm AWS + variable bonus Annual Increment Medical & dental benefits Company bus transport provided at various pick up points in Northern & Western Singapore
