Job Description
Location: Loyang Crescent (Transport Provided at Pasir Ris MRT) 5 Days work week Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support with some 2nd line experience.
- Deploying, updating, optimizing, and troubleshooting Windows-based workstations
- Managing users, groups, and computer objects in Active Directory (AdMgr)
- Managing user mailboxes and distribution lists
- Daily management of technology assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, and tablets
- Degree in IT/ Computer Engineering or related
- Able to troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems (95%), Apple OS X Operating Systems (5%), IPv4 and other networking protocols
- Be familiar with virus/adware removal processes (Trend Micro)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Office, Teams, SharePoint
- Working knowledge of Apple IOS devices (Minimal)
- Working knowledge of supporting VPN Clients (Palo Alto Global Protect)
- Basic understanding of managing printer servers
- Disk Encryption (Bitlocker, FileVault)
- SSO Experience (Okta) \xe2\x80\x93 Managing user accounts / Assigning Applications
- Able to work independently
- Monday to Friday
