Job Description
Shinhan Bank\'s Singapore branch will hire IT/Information Security staff as follows.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to the Shinhan Bank Singapore Branch and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor, configure, and carry out maintenance services for IT hardware and software. E.g., computers, servers, banking systems, applications, networks, and other office equipment.
- Maintain and manage IT asset inventories.
- Coordinate with external parties including H.Q and externals to resolve IT issues, inventories, and records.
- Procure and install IT equipment and services.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Office Excel.
- Strong team player and able to work independently with adequate supervision.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
- Adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure, able to finish assigned work on time
