Job Description


A Global Proprietary Trading Firm is looking for an IT APAC Manager who can focus on supplying high quality and timely support to the regional front-to-back systems.

Supporting the Global Infrastructure and Application teams, the APAC IT Manager will liaise with other global IT teams across US, Europe and Middle East to monitor infrastructure applications, ensure BAU, and aid in key projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day running of the APAC Service Desk and working closely with London, Europe, MENA & US counterparts.
  • Ensuring the team accurately log, update and resolve all Incidents, Service requests and Changes in the Service Desk system (JIRA) adhering to ITIL practices.
  • Communicating with APAC stakeholders regarding critical business development projects.
  • Ensure that tickets assigned to the service desk are dealt with within SLA
  • Support of standard Microsoft technologies and onsite infrastructure, and Microsoft Active Directory (DNS/DHCPs/GPOs etc.).
Requirements:
  • Preferable degree education with a BEng/Bsc or equivalent
  • Must have previous experience working in Banking/Financial sector
  • Must have good knowledge/experience within Trading/Exchange/Brokering sector
  • Solid understanding of Live-Production applications, and Microsoft technologies
  • Only Singaporeans/Singapore PRs will be considered for this role
