Our Client is a leading Healthcare provider

Responsibilities:

Implements computer system requirements by defining and analysing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions. Defines application problem by conferring with stakeholders, evaluating procedures and processes. Administers onboarding and offboarding process Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers. Validates results by testing Ensures operation by training personnel and providing support. Provides reference and knowledge by writing documentation. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Work closely with vendors, partners, stakeholders to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institution. At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in development and/or integration and/or implementation and/or support maintenance of IT systems preferably in the Healthcare sector Experience in IT or database administration is a plus and with GUI front-end development, SQL, or equivalent database tools Experience with SDLC or Agile software development Experience in using JIRA or similar system Experience in Windows systems Knowledge in: TCP / IP protocol suite; security architecture; securing and hardening Operating Systems; Networks; Databases; and Applications Knowledge of the Incident Response life-cycle, working independently to investigate and effectively respond to cyber security incidents Strong system/business analytical skills Ability to work independently Experience in troubleshooting desktops/laptops, printers and network related problems. Experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record solution and/or enterprise business systems (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite) and/or data analytical system and/or mobile solutions and/or Omnichannel preferred.

Other Information

Working Days/Hours: Mon - Thurs (8am - 530pm), Fri ends at 5pm Location: Near Ang Mo Kio Good Basic+bonus! 1 year contract, may renew or convert depending on business needs/performance
