Roles & Responsibilities About The Role
Lead and coordinate the IT Projects i.e., conduct initial and feasibility study, establish workflows and processes across AMKFSC, conceptualise system architecture and requirements, conduct tender and evaluation, etc, to ensure seamless, integrated, and comprehensive services within AMKFSC.

  • Develop project and implementation plans
  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation – both internal and third party
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Establish and maintain project management and controls standards
  • Administrate and coordinate the change management
  • Conduct project tender invitation, tender evaluation and recommendation, and tender awarding
  • Manage funding requirement, reporting and tracking of KPI
  • Conduct initial study and feasibility study on IT initiatives
  • Conduct requirements gathering to establish the As-of and To-be processes
  • Develop and execute test cases and expected results
  • Construct workflow charts and diagram, studying system capabilities and writing specifications and system documentation
  • Develop the SOP and Instruction Manual and User Guides
  • Evaluate and select third-party tools and partners
  • Identify digitalization opportunities for business processes transformation
  • Manage vendors relationship
Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in information technology management and enterprise application systems supports
  • At least completed 1 full cycle of application system project implementation as the Project Manager
Core Competencies:
  • Strong technical skills and solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Comprehensive understanding of project life cycle, project planning and documentation, project management standards and methodologies
  • With knowledge of community services and cases management
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
  • Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
  • Organized, meticulous, with positive working attitude (Can-Do)
