Job Description
Responsibilities
Audit/Regulatory RFIs:
- Understands typical audit/regulatory RFIs which essentially asking for the controls implemented in our control environment.
- Communicate the expectation of point (1) with the SPOCs to ensure completeness and adequacy of evidences to be gathered and provided
- Review the adequacy of submitted evidence based on the RFIs point (1)
- Understand and review the controls gaps identified in the observations
- Work with SPOCs to align expectation
- Review the adequacy of the remediation plans addressing the issues/risk in the observations
- Design and build the regulatory run book with centralised repository (knowledge based) and templates
- Work with respective domain SPOC to design the run book templates capturing key controls attributes/info
- Work with our respective domain SPOC to complete the run book documentation for all the service lines
- Training and communication of the run book
- Implementation of the run book
