As an IT Business Analyst role, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data management needs and requirements.
• Assisting in project management activities, including requirement gathering, planning, and execution of data-related projects.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data storage solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of process improvement methodologies.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience in data management, data analysis, and data governance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including writing queries in SQL, VBA
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is highly desirable.
