:
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the project implementation and transition of the Student Management System within the Enterprise IT Division.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Jurong West, Singapore
• Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic)
• Job Type: Contract (renewable)
• Benefit: 14 days AL, medical coverage

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the users to analyze and define user requirements, recommend, and evaluate appropriate end-to-end IT solutions.
• Manage project and change implementation, and maintain and support the implemented system.
• Provide support by servicin change requests related to policy changes, statutory or academic requirements, and resolving system incidents.
• Develop and manage change management plans, processes, communications, resistance management, and user training/coaching.
• Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
• Update existing documentation as changes and patches are implemented.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for new IT software projects to support future systems.
• Data collation for operational issues and partner with system vendor and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports with analysis and/or dashboards for reporting of system status and support requests.
• Document standard operating procedures for systems and business processes.
• Maintenance of user administration, support in troubleshooting technical and functional issues in the different systems.
• Generate system and operation reports which meet users' requirement on the daily, weekly, monthly reports for the purpose of management reporting, data analysis and business decisions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of full SDLC and Agile development methodologies, application development lifecycle, testing, performance tuning, and debugging.
