Hybrid set-up and NightshiftYour Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years' work experience on process/procedure documentation or technology projects or risk management. Understanding and knowledge of control testing, risk management, governance and gap analysis Excellent analytics, problem solving and solutioning competencies Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate processes and ideas both verbal and written Strong collaborative skills to successfully work within and across diverse teams Proficient in information gathering skills and ability transfer knowledge to process artifacts Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn the process and standards. Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Risk management, insurance, IT or financial industry background and knowledge of Visio is considered an asset: Effectively collaborate with IT stakeholders to understand their processes and create procedure documentation. Guide business through process improvement opportunities by identifying gaps to enhance their control environment Support the manager in gathering information, data points and creating reports working with key stakeholders Actively participate in process/document sustainment discussion/meetings Maintain team's SharePoint sites and identify opportunities to enhance SharePoint site to organize team's documents Contribute to the development of performance metrics to define process success. Champion innovative ideas and incorporate creative solutions to maintain the sustainability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Support the analysis and monitoring of established process performance data at the project and organizational level Analyze processes and workflows to understand and improve the KRI performance. Build strong working relationships within and across Canadian technology team and other business units Support Audit related inquiries.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per monthBenefits:
