Maintainance and troubleshooting of physical IT infrastructure Work closely with supporting developer and designer teams in INDIA Articulating business needs and translating them into technical specifications in close collaboration with the technology team Aid in the integration of the various application systems, and ensure efficient data migration. Coordinate the integration and data migration efforts with internal users, vendors, and other stakeholders. Develop test strategies, carry them out, and coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance. By easing the usage of the new system, test drive understanding and adoption of the new system. Make sure all necessary improvements and adjustments are done and documented. Grow our client base by prospecting and connecting with potential clients through digital marketing, events, networking sessions and partnerships Qualify leads through emails, phone calls and meetings Prepare proposals and pitch decks for clients Be involved in pitching sessions to convert prospects to clients Develop new ideas for expansion through brainstorming sessions on methods to reach new prospects, upsell existing clients and increase range of services. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business or related field. A Master's Degree will be an advantage. At least 5 years' IT Business Analyst experience or equivalent. Candidates with less than 5 years' experience can be considered for a Mid-level role. Deep understanding of business processes. Stakeholder/client management skills. Experienced in developing user manuals. Experienced in creating & performing acceptance test plans. Experienced in infrasture support and maintenance Must be analytical. Good verbal and written communication skills Bilingual to be able to communicate with South indian delveloper teams Report to Corporate Director
