Work Scope and Responsibilities

• Define systems/process scope and objectives relative to the organization’s business initiatives and user requirements, process flow definitions, business process mapping, and functional specifications

• Delivering effective business value through the application of agile practices, principles, and lean thinking

• Gather and analyse complex business needs and requirements

• Analyse and identify the most efficient, cost-effective technological solution alongside the business and internal/external technical team

• Compiles and documents business needs and requirements to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system

• Work with technical team to implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion

• Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on-time and on-budget

• Supporting users’ participation in deployment and implementation activities

• Identify and resolve project issues

• Conduct post-project evaluation

• Partners with the QA group (internal/external) to review test plans, conduct tests and ensure requirements are covered

• Collaborate with developers and system architects to ensure the system is correctly implemented
  

Requirements

• Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field

• 3+ years in an IT management or technology-driven role

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset with an attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Understanding business functional areas

• Analytical thinker, Decision-maker and Problem-solver

• Well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies

• Nice to have technical skills:

o SQL language and databases o API contracts (JSON formatting) o Model-view-controller (MVC) architecture, concepts, and terminologies
