Define systems/process scope and objectives relative to the organization’s business initiatives and user requirements, process flow definitions, business process mapping, and functional specifications
Delivering effective business value through the application of agile practices, principles, and lean thinking
Gather and analyse complex business needs and requirements
Analyse and identify the most efficient, cost-effective technological solution alongside the business and internal/external technical team
Compiles and documents business needs and requirements to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
Work with technical team to implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion
Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on-time and on-budget
Supporting users’ participation in deployment and implementation activities
Identify and resolve project issues
Conduct post-project evaluation
Partners with the QA group (internal/external) to review test plans, conduct tests and ensure requirements are covered
Collaborate with developers and system architects to ensure the system is correctly implemented
Requirements
Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field
3+ years in an IT management or technology-driven role
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with an attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Understanding business functional areas
Analytical thinker, Decision-maker and Problem-solver
Well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies
Nice to have technical skills:
o SQL language and databases
o API contracts (JSON formatting)
o Model-view-controller (MVC) architecture, concepts, and terminologies
