Job Description

This position is responsible for IT Business Senior Data Analyst for Data Reporting and Analytics applications, Analytics Platform and O&T programs for Citi Private Bank Asia. The incumbent is required to engage and work with various global and regional businesses, operations, and internal/external technology partners to deliver against objectives. The Project Manager responsibility to understand the business process, definition, and Systems requirements. Also responsible for staying informed of the latest operational issues/ decisions and the team's goals and direction.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for end-to-end execution and program delivery for Analytics Platform for Citi Private Bank Globally.
Be responsible for program / project from start to end, involving requirements definition, functional specification verification, user acceptance testing and business change management / integration
The requirement kickoffs meetings and coordination with Development teams, Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) and Operations teams
Collaborate with external systems, regional and global technology partners, stakeholders from various operations, Product, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure quality delivery of software solution from project conception through implementation.
Responsible for reviewing end-to-end process flows across various upstream and downstream applications, identify opportunities for automation, translate into business requirements and follow through till implementation
Demonstrate ability to analyze complex problems, propose creative solutions and innovative technology ideas to meet business goals and implement corrective actions in all situations with creativity.
Experience in writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis to finalize business requirements and analyze complex problems
Build a deep understanding of CPB business, products, processes, data, and provide a business perspective to project team
Assist in performing testing through different phases of project implementations and provide SME support
Develop change management and communications plan to actively engage key stakeholders, as well as to provide training and post-implementation support to business users.
Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful project elements as best practices for subsequent projects
Liaise with project sponsors and regional business leads on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as to pro-actively manage expectations, buy-in, feedback and resolution of issues.
Create effective presentations to be used with business audiences of various levels
Responsible for identifying/managing project issues/risks and escalations. Deliver effective communication and report on initiatives to various levels including executive management and senior leadership
Maintain project deliverables including reporting and tracking statuses using various standard technology tools
Qualifications
Required:
5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in Business Analysis and Project management in a large, multi-national organization or an entity with similar global reach and complexity
Experience in Financial Services industry with a focus on Private Banking/Wealth Management
Proactive, self-starter, autonomous Self-motivated, multi-tasking, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution oriented with proven results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - demonstrate ability and proven track record in building partnerships and relationship management skills including collaboration with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverables
Experience in Agile project methodologies
Strong knowledge of industry standards for client demographics, accounts, and financial data attributes (ISO, UN, etc.)
Have experience of testing real-time, mission critical systems.
Education :
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
