You will have the opportunity to actively participate in our global transformation into a digital utility that fosters innovation and co-creation.Responsibilities Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and infrastructure, security and networking area Recommends information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organisation outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards Provide technical guidance for evaluation of software application Support application programming, computer operations and data communications associates Create functional design document and other relevant documents for end users Provide training assistance for users, applications programming team and other staff Analyse and review enhancements for compatibility, adhere to operating guidelines and perform integration testing Analyse system capacity and modify procedures to solve interface problems Provide technical expertise and assistance in designing, testing and developing applications Monitor application for compliance to IT standards and policies Organise and conduct conference calls and prepare document based on status meetings Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of application Participate in all phases of project development life cycleRequirements Degree in Computer Science or equivalent At least 3 years experience in systems/programming Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Experience in project management software tools such as MS Project Ability to work towards deadlines and give realistic estimates Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence
