Job Description

We are looking for a first line support engineer to design, implement & maintain and support our growing business. You will be part of a first line support team and more focus in overall infrastructure.

• IT support for 3 Physical locations in Singapore (Occasional travel between offices) and remote support for APAC countries including Australia, PH, and MY
• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Directing system testing and validation procedures.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Work experience in an IT environment supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers
• Work experience in a service/help desk setting

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related degree
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or system operator
• Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, design, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Proven hands-on network engineering experience
• Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, OSPF, QoS, SD WAN)
• Solid understanding of the TCP/IP model, familiar with CISCO equipment
• Programming language include but not limited to : Python, DAX, Java
• CCNA & CCNP is a plus
