In Singapore, the hub houses a wide span of IT capabilities teams ranging from Data Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity & Risk Management to Enterprise Platforms and many more. Across Japan, China and the Asia Pacific region, the hub works closely with colleagues from all divisions of the company to drive our core business. Our Team The Cloud Computing team develops the strategy and works with teams worldwide to govern, grow, and operate Cloud solutions. Our team embraces the regulatory challenges of our industry and drives innovative, secure, and compliant use of Cloud Service Providers. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners worldwide to mature our ability to utilize Cloud Service Providers. Our team also impacts application development agility worldwide via our cloud-based application hosting Platform as a Service (PaaS). The IT communications and engagement coordinator (intern) is responsible for supporting and executing communication, marketing, and training plans for Cloud FinOps initiatives. Working alongside the Cloud Business Office team, the candidate will be expected to participate in various projects as a workstream member to drive successful engagement and adoption strategies through customer-focused awareness programs, communications, marketing, and reference. With excellent attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in verbal and written communications, the candidate can look forward to gaining hands-on experience in internal communications and content generation while getting exposure in the cloud computing field.

• Supports planning and executing Cloud FinOps events and initiatives
• Curate communication and marketing content for the assigned projects and operations
• Plan and host workshops and events
• Use the appropriate channels to share information with the IT community
• Coordinate training and workshops

Qualification & Job Requirements

• Undergraduate student majoring in communications, business management, marketing, media, or equivalent
• Able to commit to at least 6 months internship period
• Demonstrate strong interest in technology sector
• Keen interest in marketing, current trends in communications and channels, and user experience
• Superior time management and organization skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other Office365 products, and capable of creating visually compelling presentations
• Comfortable organising, leading, and facilitating small-scale meetings
• Creative individual with experience in multimedia design for communication collaterals and videos will be advantageous
• Knowledge of email marketing software or similar program will be a plus
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and comfortable working in agile environment
• Fast & independent learner
