The possibilities are endless and our business landscape is changing everyday.How will you value add?Overseeing the EUDM operations of the EUC asset life cycle, starting with the planning stage, receiving, deployment, return, redeployment, refresh, loan, repair, etc. and continuing all the way through its useful life and eventual disposal.Planning the supply and demand of the EUC assets to ensure that stocks are available and sufficient for the EUDM operations to run smoothlyCarrying out regular physical stock take and performing stock reconciliation or investigation of any missing items to ensure all EUC assets are accounted forSupporting the team lead or manager with billing reconciliation by providing accurate and timely billing and inventory reportsAssist with queries and offering technical recommendations relating to the procurement of products and servicesSupporting and participating in audit reviews of the EUDM operations and related EUC assetsAbout youProfessional Diploma or higher in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT support operations2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 IT Asset Management experienceExperience in managing suppliers/vendors for services renderedProficiency in MS Excel or PowerPoint or reporting and presentation tools for IT asset reporting is highly preferredExperience with ServiceNow is a plusSelf-motivated to work on your own and as part of a teamDetail oriented, organized, methodical, follow up skills with an analytical thought processAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAgile and adaptable to changeEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
