Our many opportunities can lead to infinite possibilities.What you will be doingThe Senior IT Consultant is part of the Global Information & Systems Communications team based in Singapore, to support and manage the delivery of projects across the Asia-Pacific region. The candidate will be responsible as the Project Manager for Direct to Consumer (DTC) applications with the following roles and responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of eCommerce and CRM to develop and execute DTC strategies to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and optimisation of omnichannel eCommerce platforms (especially Shopify).
• Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics365 and Azure to implement effective CRM solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve DTC operations and drive business growth.
• BAU support for rolled out applications

What you should have

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a project leadership or project management role in the following domains:

• eCommerce
• Omnichannel Retail management
• Customer Relationship Management
• B2C website management
• Technical knowledge/expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Azure, .Net, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Biz Central, SQL
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
