IT Coordinator Working Days: 5 Days Working Hours: 9am " 6pm Office Location: Chai Chee Road (Bedok MRT) Salary range: Up to $2300 Responsibilities: * Maintain service items inventory control IT Coordinator Working Days: 5 Days Working Hours: 9am ' 6pm Office Location: Chai Chee Road (Bedok MRT) Salary range: Up to $2300 Responsibilities: Maintain service items inventory control and order parts Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis Liaising with Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after sales matters Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner Maintain proper records for billing purpose Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager Requirements: Relevant experiences in IT Industry
