IT AdministratorInfinity Network Solutions Inc. is expanding its client support team and looking to add an experienced non-technical IT Coordinator/administrator. Infinity Network Solutions Inc., along with our sister company Essential Data Services Inc., is a unique provider of application sharing (Cloud Computing) and off-site data backup services, and computer network consulting company, providing a high level, industry-leading service to a select group of businesses.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Answer the helpdesk incoming phone calls and assign the ticketsManage the helpdesk system (open, monitor and close tickets)Inspect daily reports and open tickets for issuesManage and renew hardware warranty and software subscriptionsTrack/manage the licence usage for multiple servicesJob description details:The new position may include, but is not limited to, the list of tasks below. Infinity will provide the user with training and documentation on how to complete the daily work. The successful candidate will be expected to enhance the work procedures and processes as they grow into the role.Helpdesk Administration:Answering client support calls (helpdesk)Opening new ticketsMonitoring the ticketsClosing tickets (after learning the business)Adding new clients/assets/locations/hardwareManaging the helpdesk system to ensure it is up to date at all timesOrdering new hardware (after learning the business)*
Reporting:Complete the daily security reportsComplete the monthly security reportsComplete the daily backup reports and open tickets for failed backupsCreate monthly reports for billingCreate daily and monthly ticketing reportsLicense reconciliations:Extract reports from Trend Micro and verify all computers are activeExtract Labtech reports as requiredLicenses:Ordering new Trend Micro anti-virus licensesRenew Trend Micro subscriptionsRenew hardware warranty and software licensesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
